International Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cliff Keen Athletic purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns on eligible international orders within the timeframe and conditions outlined below. Please note that all approved international returns are resolved exclusively through store credit — cash refunds and product exchanges are not available for international orders. Please read this policy carefully, as international orders are subject to different terms than domestic (U.S.) orders.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date confirmed by tracking
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• In original, undamaged packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)
The following items are non-returnable:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Custom or personalized products
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization
How to Initiate a Return
All international returns are processed through our Loop Returns portal. Loop is our self-service returns platform that allows you to submit and track your return entirely online — no need to email us first.
To begin your return:
• Visit our Loop Returns portal at http://cliffkeen.loopreturns.com and enter your order number and email address
• Select the item(s) you wish to return — store credit will be issued as a Shopify gift card upon approval
• Review and submit your return request — you will receive confirmation immediately
• Follow the packing and shipping instructions provided by Loop to complete your return
Returns submitted outside of the Loop portal will not be accepted. If you experience difficulty accessing the portal, please contact us at customerservice@cliffkeen.com.
Return Shipping
International customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. Cliff Keen Athletic does not provide prepaid return labels for international orders and will not reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.
Once your return is approved through Loop:
• Securely pack your item(s). Use original packaging whenever possible.
• Attach your return label to the outside of the package.
• Drop off the package within 28 days at your nearest carrier location.
• Your store credit will be issued as a Shopify gift card once we approve your return after receipt and inspection.
We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Cliff Keen Athletic is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Store Credit
All approved international returns are resolved exclusively through store credit. Cash refunds and product exchanges are not available for international orders.
Please note the following:
• Store credit is issued as a Shopify gift card and delivered to the email address associated with your order
• Store credit is issued for the item purchase price only. Original outbound shipping charges are not credited.
• Duties, import taxes, VAT, and any other fees assessed by your country’s customs authority are not credited. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase on our website
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs fees assessed upon delivery in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Cliff Keen Athletic has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
In the event that a package is refused at customs and returned to us, Cliff Keen Athletic reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs incurred from the eligible store credit amount. Original shipping charges and any duties already paid are not credited.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at customerservice@cliffkeen.com within 30 days of delivery before initiating anything through Loop. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly at no additional cost to you.
Regional Notes
Europe (EU/EEA)
Customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under EU consumer law. Where your statutory rights conflict with the terms of this policy, your statutory rights will take precedence.
Oceania (Australia & New Zealand)
Customers in Australia and New Zealand may have additional rights under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, respectively. This policy does not override any non-excludable statutory guarantees you are entitled to. Please contact us if you believe your return falls under a statutory guarantee.
