Tracking Orders

Where Can I Track My Order?
  • We Communicate Order Status Via Regular Email Updates. Please Add CustomerService@CliffKeen.com To Your Contacts To Ensure Each Message Lands In Your Inbox.
  • If You Haven’t Received A Confirmation Message From Us Within An Hour Of Placing Your Order, Please Contact Us And We’ll Be Happy To Help.
  • Please Note, After We Send Shipping Confirmation, Your Tracking Number May Not Have Any Information Attached For Up To 48 Hours After Leaving Our Warehouse.
When Will My Order Ship?
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to ship. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Where Is My Tracking ID?
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order.
  • Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders, so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you’ve been waiting a little too long.
  • When in doubt, you can always log into your account and click on the order in question to see its status.
  • Please note that sometimes tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like it's not moving, chances are it's on its way!

Returns

What Is Cliff Keen’s Return Policy?
  • To start a return or exchange an item, please visit the Cliff Keen Returns & Exchanges Portal
  • We accept returns on full price (non-sale) items for 30 days with proof of purchase.
  • Items must be in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact, or they may be refused.
  • Customized products and custom printed products are non-returnable.
  • Final Sale items, hemmed items, or altered items, may not be returned.
How Do I Request A Return?
Do I Need To Pay For Return Shipping?
  • We will provide a free return shipping label for all products eligible to return.
I Purchased An Item From A Cliff Keen Dealer, Can I Return It To Cliffkeen.com?
  • Any product purchased through a independent dealer or retailer must be returned or exchanged at the original point of purchase.

Dealer Returns

How Does A Dealer Return or Exchange a Stock Item?
  • If there is a discrepancy between your invoice and packing slip, please call customer service immediately at customerservice@cliffkeen.com so the problem can be resolved.
  • Cliff Keen Athletic cannot accept returns or exchanges for in-stock merchandise without a return authorization number.
  • Unless the item is defective, we do not accept used returns.
  • Return Authorizations must be requested within fifteen (15) days from receipt of shipment and must accompany your return or exchange.
  • There is a fifteen percent (15%) restocking charge to all returned stock merchandise.
  • For RETURNS or EXCHANGES, please email customerservice@cliffkeen.com 
How Does A Dealer Return or Exchange a Custom Order?
  • Custom uniforms and/or In-Stock with lettering garments including singlets and active wear are not returnable unless defective. No order may be changed once production has begun.

Shipping

How Long Before My Products Ship?
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to ship. 
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
How Long Before My Product Arrives?
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for all orders to ship. 
  • When calculating what speed of shipping to select, please add 48 hours to the service speed to allow time for fulfilment. “Next Day” means the item will arrive in 2-3 days
  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
How Do I Address A Shipping Issue?
  • If you have an issue with your shipment, the best recourse is with the carrier themselves.
  • While Cliff Keen Customer Service will do what we can to assist, please know that Cliff Keen can’t be held responsible for delivery issues (including delivery to the wrong address, lost / stolen in transit, or delayed by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.)

How Do I Wash My Uniforms?

For All MXS Active Wear Garments

  • Machine Wash Warm separately
  • No Bleach
  • Tumble Dry Low
  • Do Not Iron
  • Do Not use Fabric Softener
How Do I Wash Singlets For The First Time?
  • When washing your new singlets for the first time, wash each garment separately in cold water. This will maintain the maximum contrast between fabric colors and white fabric.
  • Do Not wash multiple new singlets together. Washing multiple new singlets together in one load, 
    will result in loose dye release and staining of the uniforms.
