Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) took physical possession of the goods.

  • If you ordered multiple goods in one order but they're delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
  • If you ordered a good in multiple lots or pieces, the period runs from the day you receive the last lot or piece.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the 14-day period expires. The fastest way to do this is through our returns portal:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not offer free or prepaid return shipping. Estimated cost: [$10-$30 USD].

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (the least expensive delivery option we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

This cash refund applies specifically to withdrawals made within the 14-day statutory period described above. Returns requested after this period are handled under our standard returns policy, which offers store credit rather than a cash refund — see our International Returns page for more information.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom names, numbers, or sizing added at your request). We do not currently offer personalized or made-to-order products on this site; this exception is listed for completeness and in case that changes.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
  • Goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
